BBQ experience among the lemons and olive trees of Amalfi

Surrounded by one of the most suggestive landscapes of the Amalfi Coast, you will live an authentic experience that will take you to the heart of local traditions.

The day will start with a warm welcome, where you will be welcomed in a familiar and genuine atmosphere. To welcome you will be greeted by the intense scent of lemons and a fresh lemonade prepared with the famous Sfusato Amalfitano, the lemon symbol of the Coast, which you will also have the opportunity to taste. Then we will go for a walk among the characteristic Amalfi terraces, to discover the ancient cultivation techniques and agricultural traditions of the territory.

We will cross a lush lemon grove, a vineyard and an olive grove, where we will collect the olive and citrus wood that we will use to light the grill and we will prepare an excellent dinner with the collected wild herbs. After a tasting of the wine produced on site in one of Amalfi's historic cellars, it will be time to experience the real protagonist of the experience: the barbecue. The grill will be ignited with collected wood and natural charcoal, and then cooked a selection of local excellences.
